Mail Outgoing blocked. Reason: Daily Mail Bounce Count Exceeds Limit

Hello all!

I've been using zoho for a while. Honestly, it's great!

But I'm having this issue with blocking since 6th of July..

First I got my outgoing mail blocked for 24hours because of too much mail recipients..

fair enough... I should use something like mailchimp for newsletters or mass mails

I've waited for the unblock and it turns out that my account is unblocked at 2015-07-07 13:03 and gets blocked again at 2015-07-07 13:53:00... 50 minutes after. Reason: Daily Mail Bounce Count Exceeds Limit

and this time it gets blocked from 2015-07-07 until 2015-07-14?? Seven days without sending e-mails??


Can You please give me some help in here?

Should I also say in my behalf that the bounced mails were caused by the same mistake that got me blocked the first time... Too much recipients...
