Mail policy: greylisting, retry timeout, retry attempts and so on

Dear Zoho Mail Team,

Our users claim about undelivered in time mail time to time.
AS i have already asked you, the problem is usually in greylisting.

You answered: "When a mail is temporarily rejected by recipient server, it will be kept in retry queue. The mails in retry queue will be retried every 4 hours for 4 days and only if the recipient server accepts the message, it will be delivered. Otherwise a bounce message will be returned to the sender."

When i go to the Troubleshoot page, i usually see this message: "Greylisting in action, please try later after 120 seconds". So the remote servers ask for retry after 2mins. But you systems does it after 4 hours.

It seems to me that there can be a problem: remote server "forgets" about your server and will ask for another retry attempt after 4 hours.

Is it possible to tweak somehow these settings? It would be very nice if you added an ability to tweak some important mail parameters: timeout between attempts, number of days for mail to be held in retry queue and so on.

Default parameters aren't so comfortable for users.
