Mail Policy not Allowing Us To Receive Freshdesk Forwarded Emails
Hi there,
Can we understand what is the current policy that prevents the email from getting to our domain?
We are using Freshdesk and it seems that certain email is not getting through when forwarding from that system. But some others are.
Is this possible due to the emails received per minute? And can we remove this restriction?
Reason- "554 5.2.3 MailPolicy violation Error delivering to mailboxes"
