mail preview below mail and font size

Hi,

with the new Mail version, the font size is quite big and when I see the spam mails, I have to scroll a lot and it's more complicated to get a fast overview of all the spam mails. Before, with smaller font and smaller rows, this was much faster.

Further more, I have the preview pane now on the right. How can I set it below the mail headers?
