Mail Rate Exceeded Limit

**URGENT REQUEST**

I did a mail merge to send out an inquiry to 199 employees and contractors and received this error.  I infrequently send out mass e-mails to update people on safety programs or to see who is interested in moving to a new location.

I've never received this error before and I'd like to know if you guys can fix this problem so I don't get it again, and here's why:

This small project is now going to take a lot of extra hours of my time.  When I create a mass email to go out to employees and contractors, I put a lot of time into it.  Some of the people actually received the message, the only way I know this is that they already responded.  I don't want to look like a fool by sending it out to the same person twice, so now I'm having to put even more time into figuring out who received it and who didn't.  Then I'm going to have to modify my mail merge and send it out again.

I hope that this is a simple fix.  My assumption is that in order to keep SPAMers out of your system that you put a restriction on outgoing e-mails.  Hopefully all you need to do is lift this restriction from me now that you know I'm a real person.

"Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

550 5.4.6 Mail rate exceeded limit"
