Mail Recipient count exceeds limit

I’m having a problem sending an e-mail to multiple recipients.  I initially tried to send a message out to 63 recipients and got an e-mail back saying ‘Your Mail Outgoing blocked. Reason :Mail Recipient count exceeds limit [Recipients=63]’.

I unblocked the outgoing mail and split the list in two.  I received a similar message:  Your Mail Outgoing blocked. Reason :Mail Recipient count exceeds limit [Recipients=34]

I can’t find a limit stated anywhere in your documentation;  I did find a question in the forums that indicated that the limit was 50, but I’m under that.

Has the limit changed or am I experiencing some other problem?
