Mail rejected by zoho

We use a third party invoice and payment chaser - Satago - for some reason all the emails sent to zoho mail users gets rejected

the sender domain is satago.co

They get a 541 mail rejected error and all emails bounce without reaching the recipient on a zoho mail server
