mail returned - Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender

I get a error every time i send an e-mail to this address, i tested the same content to other accounts and it works fine. I checked with the owner of the e-mail and they told me they use google business app.

How can we fix this issue as I have other people i need to contact that use this service.
