Mail send and receive is not working at my office

Hi, I am working in a Private bank.
I am trying to set the ZOHO mail in the OUTLOOK but while doing the "Test Account Settings" it is getting failed.

I tried IMAP & SMTP address as IMAP.ZOHO.com & SMTP.ZOHO.COM as it failed i used 
IMAP > 72.5.230.99
SMTP > 74.201.154.90 but for this also > it showing the same error.

Please help.
