I have been facing this problem for several days now, outgoing mail is working but there in no mail incoming

It is hindering my day to day business communication and would appreciate your help in sorting this matter

We are registered under samyak@mujassme.com with several other linked accounts.

The domain is registered under GoDaddy but it says it is not the name server.

Please help us getting it working again!
