I am using a php login script on my server which sends out an account activation email to the user via smtp.zoho.com.  The problem is that this activation email ends up going straight to the users spam folder.  I have checked my domain against some online blacklist checkers and it comes up clean on all blacklists I've checked against.  Does anyone have any ideas how I can stop my emails going into the end user's spam folder?  Thanks!
