Hello,

Today just few mins before I had created a free service account using my domain decadeint.com.

In this Domain, I had created service@decadeint.com email id.

When I sent a test hello mail from this email id to my personal email id, I got email in my Junk box in place of Inbox.

Because of this kind of issues and many more, we have shifted from our old email service provider to Zoho Free phase for test.

Also, We have our business product called as Group-Mail-Service which is utilized for Sending Scheduled Reports to our Clients. When I used details of IMAP configuration with our Software, it couldn't send email. And every time we get Time Out Error.

Can any one please look into issues.
