Every time we send an email to a customer using outlook it is going to the junk folder. I have been trying to resolve this for some time and keep getting the same answer, that there is nothing else we can do and everything with our email is fine but its an outlook thing. This is a big issue for us since a lot of our customers are not seeing our emails. I checked the headers of the emails and they all seem fine and pass with spf and dkim properly configured.  Does anyone here know how to go about fixing this issue?
