Hi, 

We do get notices about customer answering our email on the iphone and ipad… but as we look in the Zoho…. we can’t see the emails  in the email module or in the contacts as well. 

What can be wrong? We are afraid that we will miss some emails because of this. 

As the attached screen shots shows the email från Hallner doesnt show in her contacs email list.   

And Erik Zaars answer on our email, doesn´t show anywhere in Zoho.. but we did get a notice on our iphones and Ipads that we received an answer from him.
