Mail Server configuration

Hi all,

Need guide to setup Mail Server Configuration:
I tried to add a new user but the user did not receive email with password.
By Default is smtp and Port is 25.

I tried with Authentication with username and password as well but still not working. Anyone can help me what should I fill in for Server Name, and does the authentication is required?

My Environment is not running any exchange server.
