mail server error: no posibility to receive mails after disabling TFA
Hi,
I activated the TFA to see how it work.
When I realized that it will complicate the login for my users I switch it off.
Now, after disabling TFA, we are not able to receive any email on our desktop client (Outlook).
We cannot receive any email at all. I do not receive any email also in zoho account/web application.
I tried to fix this problem but without any success.
I did the setup once again,s till the issue persist.
Hence, I do believe is something that I need to do in addition or my server mail info are not ok.
When others try to send me emails they receive the below error:
Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.
