Mail Server Name and Port Settings

Hi,

I have just started to receive the following error message when using Zoho Mail:

"Could not connect to the mail server. Kindly check if the mail server name and port settings are correct."

I also notice that in Settings,Mail Accounts that all accounts are now disabled.

Please can you advise as to how I can rectify this issue.
