Mail Server rejecting emails - Error code 552

Hi,

I'm trying to using producteev as our task management system. For any other emails account it works well but for one of our mail account it couldn't get the verification and notification emails from producteev.

The account is : andy.wijaya@ancalact.com

I have reached producteev support regarding this issue, and he said that they got 552 error code from zoho.

Below is his response:

Your mail server is rejecting our emails with a 552 email error. You can find information about this error here: http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/email/bounceback-errors/email-error-552

You should contact your IT department to find out if they can allow our emails to go through or not.

Please kindly help me on this issue.
