I'm trying to set-up zoho so that we can feed all our emails in. 

We use a single email address that is used by multiple people to address customer issues. 

We use a Microsoft shared exchange that is handled/provided separately from where our website is hosted and separately from our registrar.

I'm just after some set-up help as I'm not sure how to approach this.
