Mail signature

Hi all,
I got a problem with the signature of my mail that is not working on mobile app. When I use from desktop is ok but when I try on mobile app doesn't work. I check the setting on the app and is correctly set on signature desktop. On desktop anyway shows a broken image(attached photo) that could be the problem for mobile. How can I fix it?
