Mail to inbox

Hi

I am new user from sweden to zoho mail. I have recently created a private zoho mailaccount but I wonder how do I change my email adress to another one?

How do I get mail to my inbox and why is some part in zoho in engish while other parts is in swedish why is not everything translated to swedish when I have selected that language?
