Mail won't send or recieve

I set up my mail a while ago in preparation one of the email worked then. I made an second email which did not work. I reset up the records with godaddy and the test emails then worked. Now it has suddenly stopped again.... Never changed anything simply logged out thinking it was fixed logged back in to start using and it is not working....
