Mailbox full but all emails are gone by self

Mailbox full but all emails are gone by self

I was warned in tiago@mslaw.com.br box that my box was full. But when I opened the webmail all incoming emails were gone. Alone!!
and I still have the box full.

Could I get my emails back so I can delete those with large attachments?
