Mailbox Quota blow up

Hello

Regularly I use 7,5 GB in my mailbox.

Today I noticed that my account blew up to 47,5 GB. My account was the blocked and, in order to be able to continue receiving emails, I had to purchase a mailbox storage upgrade of 50 GB, paying $7,50. With my original plan of 10 GB now I have 60 GB

Yet I cannot realize what has happened !! I signed in to my account, revised every IMAP folder and the sum of all the accounts where less than 15% of 60 GB. I don't know how it sums 40 GB.

Tried to contact by phone and sending email. I place the tag Emergency but no answer yet.

Please help me !!
