I am writing on behalf of one of my users (user ID: 565745358), he has been deleting emails for the past couple of days an it the mailbox size has not reduced, it got to the point where now he is over the limit and is blocked from sending or receiving, we deleted most of his emails and the mailbox size has yet to go down, however, under folder size you can see that he barely has over 1 GB of storage used.

Please Help, I have tried the other solutions on the forums to no avail.
