mailbox unavailable

I set up a new zoho account recently which has been working fine until yesterday, when I couldn 't log into my account. I just keep getting a message telling me that there is no mail account. 

"No Mailbox

Currently, there is no mail box available for your account. Click the button below to send a request to your administrator"    I have done this, but it still tells me there is no mailbox.

As this is a business account I need to get it sorted asap.    Help please!
