I am needing some help. Does anybody have a recommended source for information on the Zoho-Mailchimp integration. We are working on a system to import large amounts of records into Zoho that will sync into Mailchimp for us to run a mail campaign out of. Let me explain what the process we are trying to implement - any information or advice is appreciated.
- Import record data base into Zoho Leads module --> use Lead source to ID records that are part of this mail campaign
- Zoho Leads (specific group) syncs into Mailchimp
- Newsletter campaign is sent out to list
- Mailchimp track (subscribes/Unsubscribes/Downloads/Opens/Etc.)
- Information fed back into Zoho Lead record indicating that a newsletter campaign email was sent to this records. *Bonus would track the action item from Mailchimp back into Zoho as well*
I apologize if this is explained poorly, but need to get there one way or another. If it is impossible to run this level of integration within Zoho then please let me know. I have explored Zoho's mail merge capabilities and was not pleased enough to run our newsletter through the CRM solely.
