After having numerous issues with Zoho Campaigns and going backwards and forwards with support and getting no where, during this time we have been exploring Mailchimp as an alternative option and we have found we are not getting the issues that we are finding with Campaigns, its a shame it has come to this, but we are spending too much time fighting the gremlins that Campaigns are coming up with (spamtraps, slow, integration issues etc)

I was wondering if anyone else is using Mailchimp to sync into CRM and how you are best utilising the 2 platforms, specifically so the syncing of subscribed contacts - we dont want to sync all of our contacts to Mailchimp (obviously because of the cost involved) but we do want to sync any campaigns to said contacts that already are subscribed - Ive seen the extension with Zoho and im impressed but am keen to understand if it can meet the above - e.g if I have 500k contacts and only 200k Subscribed I dont want 300k extra contacts added as subscribers!
