Mailchimp verification email is never received

Hi,

I am trying to setup a Mailchimp account, but I can't receive the email form them.

Here is the conversation with them:

(04:09:44) Gene: After taking a look at your account on our end, we are able to see that the verification email has bounced at email address info@psicologianataliamarquez.com. If you have been able to check the spam/junk folder for the email and it is not available there, it is possible that the server at @psicologianataliamarquez.com is otherwise blocking this email from getting through. Usually, private domains have a strong spam filter or firewall setup to prevent bulk emails from getting through. The best bet in this case will first be to try sending to another email address alias at this same domain. To do so, head over to the Account tab: Verified Domains: then click the "re-send verification" button and enter a new email address at the @psicologianataliamarquez.comdomain to send to. If the emails are not coming through to any of the email addresses at that domain, it would be necessary to reach out to your local email admin/IT department for further insight on where the emails are ending up. Here's our IP information for whitelisting on the receiving servers there: Whitelisting information for MailChimp delivery servers - http://mailchimp.com/about/ips/In order to see which IP addresses each Classless Inter-Domain Routing (CIDR) contains, use a CIDR calculator like this one: https://grox.net/utils/whatmask/ Alternately, it also helps to add "accountservices@mailchimp.com" to your address book to allow it land in your inbox as any emails in the address book are consider friendly emails and bypass spam filters and firewalls.
(04:10:13) Gene: Getting your IT team the whitelist information should get you going. Once that is done, you should have no problem.
(04:11:53) Miguel Morales: My email provider is Zoho
(04:12:20) Miguel Morales: Could you send me the logs?
(04:12:28) Gene: Ah okay, then you can actually call them up and give them this information and ask them to whitelist the IPs there. You can totally ask your hosting provider to do this for you.
(04:12:38) Gene: Can you clarify what logs you mean?
(04:12:55) Miguel Morales: the logs that show the bounce information
(04:13:54) Gene: I actually can't see the bounce message on my end. All I can see is that it bounced.
(04:14:04) Miguel Morales: ok
(04:14:17) Miguel Morales: At what time?
(04:14:43) Gene: 2016-08-15 12:00:53
(04:15:38) Miguel Morales: ok, thanks
