mailing and billing

I was wondering how to rename the standard fields in the sections. UK terminology is slightly different and so I created new fields to substitue things lige zip code - postcode and area, town, county etc. now I cannot use 'locate' google map because they are linked internally, and I cant find it! help.... good program I love it. I have sent other questions in the forum, please answer them when you can.
