I need to set up functional e-mail client and CRM for small business (5 people at the moment).
Requirements:
- Visibility of all e-mails to all users
- writing notes about each contact (to be visible directly when writting the e-mail)
- Access to e-mails and joint calendar from mobile devices
- Easy to use and configure
- creating contacts from application form on the website
Main Points:
1. each person can see e-mail of the others

1. Then one of us reply to this application with own name (signature) and when the client answers - the e-mail goes directly to the inbox of the person (for example to inbox of Veronika)
1. what is important for us is to write our notes about each client directly on the same page as the e-mail
Eg: For example client in the last e-mails told us that he has wife, that is Russian and 3 children, ...... - as I receive this e-mail, I would write this note to myself, so when he writes me again, I don’t need to read the whole previous conversation, just to see my own notes (of from my colleagues).
