It seems that in Zoho so many things have not been fully thought out and require work around techniques... here is one of them... I am sending out Christmas Cards to Customers... I have taken the time to create a Campaign so I can refer to it later... now, here is the work-around to get what I need. Very sloppy, but it works:
Go to the "Campaign"
On the "Tools" (gear up top) go to the "Related List Columns" and choose the fields for:
First Name
Last Name
Company
Mailing Street
Mailing City
Mailing State
Mailing Zip Code
Now use your mouse and highlight the contents and copy-paste into Excel and complete the process outside of Zoho.
Thank goodness I only have 40 of these to do.
