Hi,
MailMagnet is a great idea, in fact, thats only the reason I'm using Zoho. It looked like such a great tool but there's several shortcomings. I'm going to list a few and see if anyone reaches out.
1. Create Unique Icon for MailMagnet. The standard envelope mail icon is confusing and lazy. Spruce it up a bit so I don't just glance over it. How about a magnet? Maybe two "m"s?
2. Please introduce threads for the same email conversations. Otherwise I spend a great deal of time and effort searching through MailMagnet itself. Not helpful.
3. Create something to let me know when was the last time I communicated, emailed, or received an email from a "Contact". This would ensure nothing gets lost.
If these functionalities exist and I'm not seeing them, please ignore me. Otherwise let me know what you think about these improvements?
