MailPolicy violation Error

I can send email, but all incoming emails bounce with the error "MailPolicy violation Error delivering to mailboxes (in reply to end of DATA command)"

1- What caused this please?
2- When will it be resolved?
3- What can I do to avoid this happening again?

Mine is a low-traffic account for a nonprofit. This should never trigger any abuse filters or automated blocking.
