Mails forwarded from GMail often get rejected (541 5.4.1 Mail rejected by destination domain)
Hi,
I use Zoho Mail for my domain matczak.org.pl. One of the users set up e-mail forwarding from her GMail account to Zoho account. For a few months now some mails get delivered and some get rejected. There is no apparent key as to what gets delivered and what rejected. Many times e-mails from the same sender (Facebook notifications or an online shop status updates, for example) get delivered once and rejected a couple of minutes/hours later.
I found that people report this being linked to spam filtering. I tried to reset all the spam filtering data in the domain admin panel. I tried disabling the spam filtering for that account altogether. Nothing helps.
The affected account name is 'monika'.
Here's the bounce she gets for the undelivered mails:
