mails not going through outlook.stopped from today !

Mails are not going through outlook 2003 version. getting error from yesterday it was asking for skf and dkim entries have made changes but still mails not going. Send test e-mail message: Your server does not support the connection encryption type you have specified. Try changing the encryption method. Contact your mail server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP) for additional assistance.
