Mails stick "in queue", and Mail Delivery Status Notification (delay) emails sent from Zoho

Hello

We are having issues sending emails. New emails are stuck in the sent folder with a blue clock icon that says "In Queue". If I click the icon, a popup appears that says that the email has been delivered, and the link to see the error details does not work. After that, the icon changes to the green tick that says "Delivered", but that's not the case. If I refresh the page, the blue clocks are back.

Also, we notice that since a few days, recipients have been receiving emails from zoho with the subject Mail Delivery Status Notification (delay). I attach a screenshot of one of those emails.
