We are using ZOHO CRM connected to ZOHO Mail and we have a big trouble, which our ZOHO partner is not able to solve. Zoho CRM automatically connects received emails to last edited live Deal of the same Contact. For us this logic is very insufficient, as we have many open Deals for the same contacts at the same time. So, imagine a situation, where one person asks Contact to send additional specification for Deal No. 20, but in the meantime another salesperson works on Deal No. 35. When the replay to Deal No. 20 request is received, the mail is automatically connected to Deal No. 35, as it was the last one edited. And now multiply this problem by tens of simultaneously open Deals and tens of emails going up and down every day. You hopefully understand, that reconnecting the mails to the correct Deals by hand would be a fulltime job for another employee. We are industrial drives supplier and our clients are are preparing solutions for many big projects at the same time. So we also need to set those as different Deals inside our systems.
We need someone to write a function, that will takeover the ZOHO logic and connect the mails correctly. Probably based on Tag (ZOHO Deal No) placed in every email subject. Please help....
