Main Menu Bar - Needs to Stop Scrolling with the Page Content

For those of us who use your service about 5-8 hours per day, I find it very hard to navigate to different sections (for example, Accounts, Activities, Reports, etc.) which are listed on the menu bar because you have to continue scrolling up to find the menu bar to navigate to each area.  My mouse scroll button is going to catch on fire if this keeps up.

Please consider programming to lock the top header and to include the menu bar to make navigating SO MUCH EASIER.  I can't be the only one to mention this one.....
