Make all seats have same "viewing setup" as administrator

Make all seats have same "viewing setup" as administrator

Just upgraded to Pro version with 4 seats. I'd like to be able to set the "home screen" and other areas up for my other users who are still very green. Is there no way to select "apply to all users" as an administrator?

Best way to accomplish consistent viewing and appearing tabs for users?
