Make an ITIL/ITSM system, add Assets tracker and so on

Dear Zoho Support team,

I know you corporation has very interestring services and products on: http://www.manageengine.com/


I'm very interested in ServiceDesk Plus functionatily, such as: ITIL/ITSM ready, Assets tracker and other things: http://www.manageengine.com/products/service-desk/help-desk-features.html

However, it all seem outdated and not developed.

So i have  a question: are you going to enhance your Zoho Support product to have those features?  That would be really nice.
