Make Blueprint admin area touch friendly

I always look into ways of improving and move from using mouse to touch has been a challenge. Actually very few tasks require the use of mouse. Now with this new Blueprint, the setup area looked touch friendly, still dragging the elements failed. Setting Blueprint and even all new tools admin areas touch friendly will bring the future and spark creativity into admin users.
