I'd like to be able to add custom field type to both Tasks and Projects that would allow a browser to recognize the value as a hyperlink.

The purpose is to allow the reference to external documents, web sites, etc. that will enhance the description of the task or project. 

For instance the task hyperlink field could reference a BRD document  section or a bluepoint drawing.

Yes I can currently add a plain text field, but then the viewer has to manually traverse the link.
