As a Zoho One subscriber, we love how Zoho WorkDrive grants us more storage as our licensed users increase. It makes sense that we're paying for another user license and therefore we receive more storage.
As we are preparing to move over to Zoho Sign, we would like to ask Zoho to reconsider the pricing structure. Right now, Zoho One subscribers are limited to 500 automation credits per month regardless of licensed users. In addition, there is no bulk pricing discount on the Zoho Sign credits.
The combination of these two makes Zoho Sign not scalable. In other words, as my business grows and I need to send out more Zoho Sign documents, the cost of doing so will continue to rise at a greater pace. As my business grows, I'm already paying for more for the Zoho One subscription as my license numbers grow.
We'd like Zoho to consider two improvements to the pricing:
- Increase monthly automation credits with user licenses
- Discount Zoho Sign credits as you buy more credits
