Making an appt and editing problems

Good day.

First problem is that when I create an appt and add the details then, the appt doesn't save. If I make the appt, create, then edit, it is ok. It is a little annoying to not be able to just make the appt with details first. I am using firefox, with a chrome add-on.

Second, when editing, the frequency for month works directly, but not the weekly. I have to go to monthly to get the drop down things like end date, then switch from monthly to weekly to get the weekly edit.
