Hello,  just started using zoho recently and loving it so far.

Just looking for a suggestion from someone who has experience with setting up the calling, this is what I need:

- Making calls from zoho CRM dashboard (desktop computer)

- Receiving calls, and this is the tricky part. Because I would like to have a choice 

 A - pick the call up on zoho CRM dashboard

 B - pick the call up on my mobile phone ( through the zoho app maybe possible?)

Because right now it is a mess, as I am receiving calls to my personal phone number, and I don't know which lead is calling..

P.s  everything is happening in europe (Lithuania)
