We have a few e-mail related suggestions from our clients. These may not all be possible but would go a long ways towards helping users navigate the e-mail section easier:
- Add option to filter out Mass Emails from email list
- Right now, you can filter the list to show you JUST mass emails. We need the reverse of that.
- Add an option to search the email list for a keyword
- A keyword filter on the top of the email related list would be great!
- Give the option to show the first line of text from within the email
- You may go back and forth in an email chain many many times with the same subject. Without seeing the first line of the email, you have no idea what email you may be looking for. This makes hunting for a specific email extremely slow.
