I would like to request the a new feature for email templates/ snippets to be made available in the Description field, in Ticket layout edit screen, just like it is in the agent email editor.

Use case example:
This new feature would allow teams to use snippet / emails template to efficiently create their tickets to other teams ( for instance to technical support)
They would clone a ticket, and edit the description, add the snippet / email template.
This will allow the information to be captured in the description of the ticket.
The same functionality could also be made available to Customer via the portal
