Typically, if the sales people of a company must access the customers data (Accounts) to do their job, there might be situations when the account related items each sales person makes (comments, task, prospects, etc.) must not be seen by others (stay strictly private) or must only been seen by the members of the group he belongs too (team restricted).
Doing this within ZohoCrm is currently not possible. If the account data is shared, then all the account related items (comments, task, prospects, etc.) are equally shared. This can be a problem when users or a group of users are indeed independant from the other users of the system.
Does this make sense to anyone else?
