Making records 'Read Only' after a Case is 'Closed'
We've just developed a Blueprint for our complaints procedure with multiple stages - of course every stage is locked until certain tasks / information has been inputted; that's until the stage is updated to 'Closed', at which point users can alter the stage and revert to a previous stage if they choose to do so!
This is obviously problematic - how do we lock-down the record so it becomes 'Read Only' once the Case has been updated to 'Closed'?
